James A. Hartley is an Australian writer based in London who also writes under the name of Jay Caselberg. His short fiction and poetry has appeared in many venues around the world, with new ones coming in The Mammoth Book of Horror Noir, The Thackery T. Lambshead Guide, Underworlds and others.
